How do I send money?

Log in, choose a recipient, enter the amount, confirm the fees and exchange rate, and authorize with your second factor.

How long do transfers take?

Domestic wallet-to-wallet transfers are instant. ACH bank funding can take 1–3 business days to settle. International payouts depend on the destination.

Why was my account asked for documents?

We are required by law to verify identity (KYC) and the source of funds for transactions above certain thresholds.
