By using MoneyTrans you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

MoneyTrans operates a multi-tenant platform that powers money transfer services offered by partners under their own brand.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Compliance

All transactions are subject to applicable AML/KYC and sanctions regulations. We may request identification documents and may suspend accounts that fail compliance review.

6. Fees and exchange rates

Fees and exchange rates are disclosed at the time of each transaction.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MoneyTrans is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
